We provide hands-on support by addressing employee relations matters, drafting offer letters, creating and updating employee handbooks, and answering employment-related questions. • University of Washington Alliance Program (CaRES): For several years, Kardur Consulting has served as a trusted community consultant for the University of Washington’s Alliance CaRES program. We’ve provided mentorship to kinship caregivers, foster parents, and individuals with limited English proficiency as they navigate the complexities of caregiving and the foster care system.
